Old Main | Nebraska Wesleyan University | Lincoln, Nebraska | 2010 | Photo by Jen-Kuang Chang   Old Main building, located at 50th and St. Paul streets in Lincoln, was constructed in 1887-88 with design by Gibbs & Parker of Kansas City in Richardsonian Romanesque architectural style. This campus landmark of Nebraska Wesleyan University was added into the National Register of Historical Places in 1975.

First United Methodist Church | Lincoln, Nebraska | 2010 | Photo by Jen-Kuang Chang   The First United Methodist Church, located at 50th and St. Paul streets near the Nebraska Wesleyan University, was founded in 1888 in the area known as University Place in Lincoln. The structure of the church, constructed in the Neo-Classical architectural style with massive Greek columns, was dedicated in 1909.
