Chocolatier Blue | Lincoln, Nebraska | 2010 | Photo by Jen-Kuang Chang Chocolatier BLUE, specializing in gourmet handcrafted organic chocolates created with Amedei chocolate from Tuscany, is located in 70th Street and Pioneers Boulevard in Lincoln. Chris Blue, a native of Lincoln, worked for renowned chef Charlie Trotter before opening his first Chocolatier BLUE shop in Berkeley, California. The shop in Lincoln was opened in August 2010.
