Neptune Fountain, located in the Country Club Plaza of Kansas City, was installed by the J. C. Nicolas Company in 1953, dedicating to “the enjoyment of all visitors to the Plaza.” The stature, titled “Neptune: God of the Sea”, was made in 1911 by the Bromsgrove Guild, Ltd. of Worcestershire, England for the Alba B. Johnson, who was then the president of the Baldwin Locomotive Company.
