Sipping a cup of expertly-brewed “Espesso” in Lavazza Espression Café in JHO John Hancock Observatory is a pretty surreal experience. After all, we were 1,000 feet above the ground. I awed at Luigi Lavazza’s 1895 coffee blending magic, sampled dishes by 3-star Michelin chef Ferran Adrià, and amazed by this stylish 1,000-feet-into-the-sky free Wi-Fi hot-spot.
