The Yates House, also known as the Historic Eastlake Manor, is located in the same block as the William H. Ferguson House and Thomas P. Kennard House near the Nebraska State Capitol in Lincoln, Nebraska. This Queen Anne residential building, designed by architect Ferdinand C. Fiske, was constructed in 1891, featuring Eastlake design elements. The Yates House was added into the National Register of Historical Places in 1999.
