The Simpson House, a three-story mansion located near the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri, was built in 1909 by Burnett Simpson, a prominent local attorney. Blocks of limestone were cut and shipped from Carthage, Missouri to construct the house in the unique Richardson Romanesque architectural style. The house is currently operated by All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church.
