Children’s Museum of Richmond | Richmond, Virginia

The Children’s Museum of Richmond (CMoR), located at Broad Street in downtown Richmond, was moved from its previous location in the Navy Hill School in 2000 to its current location, featuring an open art studio, a living tree house, and a town square. A satellite location, CMoR Short Pump, was opened in the West End of Richmond Page in 2010, featuring an indoor Safari Train and an art studio.

My Secret Heart

My Secret Heart is a multimedia work created by composer Mira Calix, video artist Flat-e, and sound designer Dave Sheppard for Streetwise Opera.  17th-century Italian composer Gregorio Allegri's Miserere Mei was selected by Calix and Flat-e for its "theme of secrecy" as the primary musical inspiration.  The work is presented as an installation on 360 degree screen with surround sound and stunning visual.
